Shape Your Facebook Video Strategy [Infographic]

People want to see more videos on social media these days.
So marketing your brand with videos on Facebook can be a great way to get your message in front of your target audience and reach a new audience at the same time.

Video content is also a great way to get creative and different from others.

Video marketing can be frightening for those who haven’t done it before.

In this post, I will give some tips to help you shape your Facebook video strategy in 2021.

Write short captions

An engaging caption can inspire your community, tell your brand’s story, or help you connect with your community.

In a Facebook video study, Socialinsider discovered that a caption length with less than 10 words can raise the engagement of your video posts to an average of 0.44%.

Record in vertical mode

Horizontal VS vertical videos: which video format should I use? This is a common question on social media groups.

If you’re looking to get the most out of your content, the same study discovered that vertical videos increase the engagement rate on Facebook for all profile sizes.

Upload videos between 2 to 5 minutes

This particular length is supposed to stimulate the intent and repeated viewership from the audience the most.

Don’t be afraid! GO LIVE!

The same study discovered that “live videos that last over one-hour increase engagement from 0.27% to 0.46%”.
