Great! Let’s get started then.

Growth Hacking Tool #1: Narrow.io

If you’re on Twitter (which you should be!) then you’ll definitely want to check out Narrow.io, this is by far the best tool I’ve used for automating my Twitter follower growth.

The tool works by automatically “liking” and “following” specific people that may be interested in what you have to offer. This is done by setting up specific hashtags, accounts, and other keywords, which the tool will then monitor and engage with those people that are talking about the specific keywords you have entered.

Since running this tool on my Twitter account along with using other Twitter growth strategies, I have racked up 2,219 followers (and still growing) in the last 30 days.

Growth Hacking Tool #2: Buffer

People aren’t going to follow you if you don’t post often, once a week isn’t good enough. You need to be posting at least every day, and not just one post either. You should be posting anywhere around 1-7 times a day depending on the social network.

Of course, you may not have time to post throughout the day, like most of us, so that’s where Buffer comes into play.

This tool allows you to schedule your posts throughout the day. You can set specific times and days as to when your posts should be published. For my Twitter account, I’ve set-up Buffer so that I have all days enabled and publishing times from 7am to 7:30pm.

Whilst that may be a lot of posts throughout the day, my tweets are informative and offer helpful tips and the latest news which range from various categories such as social media marketing, content marketing, growth hacking and entrepreneurship. So if you’re into those, why not drop a follow? You might learn something new – (every day is a learning day!)

Growth Hacking Tool #3: Buzzsumo

So now you’ve got Buffer to schedule your social media posts, you’ll want to find some great trending content that will start to bring in engagements and that your audience will find interesting.

Thankfully there’s a brilliant tool out there to accomplish this.

That tool is Buzzsumo.

Buzzsumo is perfect for finding specific content to share. Just ahead over to Buzzsumo and use their search feature to find the content you want to share. At the side, you will see how many shares the content has had. Use this in order to find content that people have found interesting and share-worthy.

Applying suitable hashtags to your post and creating the perfect image will help with boosting your impressions along with your engagements.

Growth Hacking Tool #4: Canva

Your followers want to see high-quality images, not those that have been created in paint. (Just kidding, but you get what I mean right?) As we all know, social media accounts that share high-quality images look much more appealing and professional. They also tend to have a lot more engagement and shares.

Canva is the perfect tool for creating stunning images for free, without the need of a designer.

When I create images for my blog posts and any other social posts, I’ll use Canva, but where I source my images varies. Sometimes, I’ll use stock sites like Unsplash, Gratisography, whereas other times, I might use UGC (User-Generated Content) and credit them back.

Growth Hacking Tool #5: InstaSchedule

Everyone get’s busy during the day so keeping up with your Instagram posting can be a tough one, thankfully this tool allows you to schedule your Instagram posts to publish at specific times you set – allowing you to make sure your audience see your posts at the best possible times.

You don’t have to worry about manually posting them anymore, just use InstaSchedule and they’ll publish the content for you.

If you’re not sure when your Instagram followers are online, then I would highly recommend you check out this article.

So there you go, using these 5 growth hacking tools on a regular basis will help skyrocket your social media following. If you have any questions or would like to contact me, then please feel free to tweet at me @_GarethG.
