3 Tips For Growing Your Email List On Social Media


Today, I’m going to give you three tips for growing your email list on social media.


1. Make it visible


If you’re already creating and sending emails, make sure to take that extra step to share them on your social networks.


This will give the fans and followers who haven’t joined your email list the opportunity to see the great content you’re already sending out.


When they click-through from Facebook or Twitter, they’ll be able to read your emails and also have the ability to sign up, right from the emails you send out.


2. Make it convenient


If you’re sharing your emails on social media, you want to make it easy for people to sign up for your list. One of the easiest things you can do is to add a sign-up link to any email you share on social media. If people like what they’re reading, they’ll be able to join your email list.


You can also add a link to your sign-up forms to any of your social media bios. That way, any time someone finds you on social media, they’ll have the option to join your email list.


3. Make it valuable


If you want fans and followers to take the next step to join your email list, you need to give them a compelling reason to do so.


Make sure they understand the value of connecting with you outside of how they’re already connected with you on social media. One of the best ways to do that is to offer an incentive for people to join your email list. This could be something like an exclusive offer for fans to sign up, or it could be a free downloadable resource with helpful information for the people on your list.


But at the end of the day, it’s really about letting people know that there’s real valuable information in the emails you send out. So, really set the stage and let people know what they’ll be receiving when they join your list.


Those are just three tips for growing your email list on social media.


By putting these tips to work, you’ll not only have better results from your social media marketing but you’ll also be able to grow your email audience and reach new people.
