Most of the time, the start of a new year is signaled by making some type of resolution, whether it be pledging to go to the gym more often or spending more time with family. Pretty up your sparkling cider this year! Just add adhesive spray and glitter to any bottle. This easy and fun DIY project will add some glitter to the party.
2. Confetti Balloons
What says ringing in the new year better than popping open a balloon filled with confetti? From Brit + Co’s website, “when it’s time for the late night dance party, pop your balloons for a full on confetti explosion.” Have fun!
3. Something Sweet
These cherries dipped in white chocolate will add subtle bedazzling. According to the website, it only takes about 20 minutes to make and they will be super decorative with the silver sugar pearls!
4. Times Square Ball Drop Cupcakes
How cute are these? These cupcakes will add a festive flair to the table, especially if you are watching the ball drop in Times Square. To make the glittery topping, the website suggests using silver glittered foam balls (or add your own glitter) and lollipop sticks. Voila!
5. Countdown Cake
Countdown to the new year with a delicious clock cake! This one takes a little more time to prepare but you will have a yummy treat for your party. Hungry Happenings gives step-by-step instructions for how to create this cheesecake clock. Serve up at midnight to ring in the new year!
